Ann Nguyen
CEO and President
Ann Nguyen, the visionary who built a business around 3rd Party Aftermarket OEM Repair Services, founded the company in 1989 in a humble storage room. Today, she directs one of the largest OEM repair providers servicing high-value equipment in the US. Cokeva’s headquarters in Roseville, California covers 326,000 sq feet and employs over 250 people. Prioritizing customer service, Ann has worked hard in building the company’s reputation for unparalleled superior service and repair on complex electronic hardware. Ann graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from California State University, Sacramento.
Dominick DeRosa
Chief Financial Officer
Former VP of After-Market Service Operations for Celestica and North American Director of Service & Repair Operations for HP, Dom DeRosa brings to Cokeva over 25 years experience in the electronics industry. Dom has served as CFO since April 2007 and is responsible for Cokeva‘s corporate finance, treasury, capital planning, revenue cycle and financial operations. Dom serves on the Executive Management Team that sets the overall strategy and direction for company. Dom holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin.
Lee Nguyen
VP of Operations
As Cokeva's Vice President of Operations, Lee Nguyen is the torch bearer for the strategic and operational leadership and optimization of the different departments within Cokeva, including account management, supply chain and customer support services. Lee comes to Cokeva with many years of experience in the electronics industry, having worked for such companies as Sun Microsystems and Solectron in manufacturing, production support and repair operations. A graduate from California State University, Sacramento, Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Ken Ueltzen
VP of Sales and Marketing
With over 25 years experience in the electronic manufacturing and aftermarket product support industries, Ken Ueltzen’s sales & marketing insights and operational expertise have strengthened Cokeva’s culture of innovation, expanded the company into new markets and extended its product portfolio. In 2011, Ken led the acquisitions of Mesa Systems and RefurbWorld expanding Cokeva’s ability to meet customer needs for cost-effective, low-risk enterprise printers and POS systems. Ken holds an MBA from Sacramento State University and an engineering degree from Cal Poly, along with diverse patents in electronics.
