Cokeva Inc., an industry leading, third party technical repair and solutions provider has announced that effective December 12, 2011, Cokeva will acquire the assets of Refurb World, Inc. based in Roseville, California.
Refurb World (www.refurbworld.com) provides third party repair and refurbishment services of enterprise printers and computer peripheral equipment and offers high quality refurbishment of printers, as well as certified spare materials to OEM’s and service providers.
With the acquisition of Refurb World, Cokeva expands its position as a leading third party aftermarket hardware support and services provider. Ken Ueltzen, Cokeva’s VP of Business Development, explains that the acquisition of Refurb World complements our existing service portfolio and provides additional equipment service and spare service offerings to the enterprise printer market. Refurb World will continue to operate out of its current Roseville facility until the operation is transferred to Cokeva’s Rocklin facility. This transition is anticipated to be completed by end of December, 2011.
