Cokeva acquires Mesa Systems

Rocklin, California April 8, 2011. Cokeva Inc., a third party technical repair and solutions provider has acquired Mesa Systems Inc., which is based in Livermore, California.

Mesa Systems (www.mesasystems.com) provides third party repair and refurbishment services of Point of Sale (POS) and computer peripheral equipment. Mesa’s capabilities include printers, scanners, keyboards, and electronics as well as monitor repair. Mesa’s current customers include leading OEM’s, self maintainers, and third party service providers.

With the purchase of Mesa Systems, Cokeva intends to further expand its position as a leading third party aftermarket hardware support and services provider. Ken Ueltzen, Cokeva’s VP of Business Development, explains that the acquisition of Mesa Systems complements our existing service portfolio and provides additional equipment service offerings to the POS and printer market. Mesa Systems will continue to operate out of its current Livermore facility until the operation is transferred to Cokeva’s Rocklin facility.
